After many weeks of being closed due to COVID-19, we are back in action on Monday,May 18th. We are busy trying to call patients who had appointments during the time of our closure to reschedule them, as well as moving some appointments to make our new procedures flow more smoothly.
The health and safety of our patients and team have always been our top priority! We wish for you to know that we are going above and beyond to make our office safe for dental treatment. We have installed a filtration unit in our HVAC which will circulate air continuously and filter out any bacteria or viruses in the air, in addition, each operatory will have a separate air filtration unit with a HEPA filter to clean the air to a greater degree. We have strict cleaning protocols and have incorporated different devices to help us decrease aerosols that we produce in normal treatment.
So...what can you expect the next time you come in??
- We will no longer have patients in our waiting room. You are asked to ring the doorbell outside and someone will come out to greet you. Be patient...we will find you prior to your appointment!
- Before entering the building, we will take your temperature and fill out a medical questionnaire. If you have a temperature greater than 100.4 you will be rescheduled.
- You will be required to wear a mask at all times in the office while not being treated.
**We ask that only patients are in the office unless a caregiver must accompany the patient. Please do not bring small children to appointments or children that are not being treated**
We are excited to get back to our patients! If you have any questions about our procedures or what you can expect, please reach out to us. We pray safety and health on all!
